I have found the Cynefin Framework to be very helpful in understanding the complex, sometimes complicated, nature of human relationships and institutions. The reminder that applying a simple solution to a complex problem is not only ineffectual, but also irritating, is an important reminder about what happens way too often in schools.

It is a casual assessment and I am happy to see the topic of EI receiving attention. The link to the Greater Good article on morality is important in the overall development of the concept of EI. As stated, the skills alone can be used for good or evil which underlines the importance of clarity about intention which is addressed in the integrated model of EI as well as in the RULER and 6 Seconds models of EI.
